Imperity Surf Neutralizer
Imperity Neutralizer is a fixing liquid to use after using the Imperity Surf Perm . The Imperity Neutralizer contains MFA Fruit Acids Complex and green tea extracts. These ingredients make the treatment less harmful to the hair and give a softer result. The neutralizer has a neutral odor.

Use Imperity Surf Neutralizer:
- Apply the Imperity Surf Perm .
- Let the neutralizer foam with a sponge in a glass or plastic dish and divide the foam mass over the hair rollers.
- Let the neutralizer act for 5 minutes and then remove the rollers.
- Then massage the hair with the neutralizer still in the hair and then wash the hair again.
- Always end with the use of a good hair mask , this makes the hair soft again and nourishes the hair immediately. This makes the hair soft and healthy again.
