1. How much are the shipping costs?
The costs vary by country. Below is the list:
€0 till €75: €4,-
At €75: €2,50
2. When will my order be delivered?
Many of the products we always have in stock. If we do have your product we ship your package immediately.
Orders placed with us come before 15:00 will be processed on the same day. On the website you can check the status of your order via your personal login.
On the day of shipment you will receive an e-mail with track and trace code so you can track the package.
3. Not at home?
If the shipment can not be delivered because the pickup address one is found, the shipment is returned to the depot.
